He was eventually caught in Georgia, thanks to the efforts of Crime Stoppers of Tampa Bay. Davis is being held without bail in a Montgomery County lockup. Extradition proceedings are now underway to return Davis back to jail in the Sunshine State to stand trial.
'It's not smart to attempt a crime at a casino,' Seminole Police Chief William Latchford told Fox 13 News. 'All Seminole Casinos have comprehensive surveillance video and other equipment that provide good quality photos and give us a clear picture of incidents that occur on property.'
